RESERVATIONS AND ACCOMMODATION
CANAPE Ltd., as a sole owner of Canape Connection Guest House and Canape Connection Apartment, shortly referred to as CANAPE hereby, is obliged to ensure the consumption of the services which were requested and paid by the Client according to the information provided by the Client online through the Reservation Form on the Canape Connection’s Website as follows: Client’s Name, Check-In Date, Check-Out Date, Number of Nights to stay, Number of Guests, Room Type, Additional Beds (if needed).
“NOTES” Section in the above mentioned Reservation Form is not binding for CANAPE and DOES NOT give rise to any obligations, however all of the Client’s wishes requested in this section will be taken into account and will be satisfied if possible.
PRICING AND PAYMENT
The prices on CANAPE’s Website are indicated in Bulgarian Levs (BGN), Tourist Tax and fees INCLUDED. The Reservation Total Amount is being calculated automatically according to the number of the nights to stay, the number of the guests and the actual price offer for the requested period.
If paid in advance on 100%, the Client can use a discount of 15% for reservations made through CANAPE’s Website in condition the payment to be non-refundable in case of any changes made afterwards.
For reservations made through CANAPE’s Website if paid in advance on 50%, the Client can use a discount of 9% in condition the deposit to be non-refundable in case of any changes made less than 7 days prior to arrival or in case of “no-show”.
For bookings and packages with special rates, there is 30% deposit required. This deposit is non-refundable for the high season between 01.06.-31.10.2017 and 24.12.-03.01.2018. For bookings with stay outside this period, penalty-free cancellation period is up to 3 days before arrival.
CANAPE has the rights to change the pricing and the special offers on its website at any times. Once a reservation is confirmed, the due amount can not be changed irrespective of new special price offers available on the website.
Deposits on reservations may vary depending on the conditions of the rates and packages indicated on the website.
CANCELLATION AND CHANGES OF RESERVATIONS
In case of cancellation, earlier check-out or changes made to a reservation that has been already paid by the Client, CANAPE reimburses the Client for the unused part of the reservation, applying a cancellation fee according to the dates of stay and cancellation deadline conditions as follows:
- For reservations between 01.06.2017 – 31.10.2017 incl. - in case of cancellations and changes made up to 3 days prior to check-in date, 100% of the amount paid by the Client is being refunded. Fot cancellations and changes made up to 1 day prior to arrival, 50% of the amount paid is being refunded. If cancellations and changes are made after this period, i.e. less than 1 day before check-in, or in case of “no-show”, the amount paid by the Client is non-refundable and 100% of it is being kept by CANAPE. In cases of earlier check-out, the amount for the unused part of a reservation is non-refundable, however an agreement can be reached between the two sides depending on the case and the reasons for the earlier check-out. Exceptions to the above mentioned terms and conditions apply for special price offers and in cases when the tariff of a reservation is non-refundable by default.
- For reservations before 31.05.2017 incl. and after 01.10.2017 incl., cancellations and changes made up to 1 day prior to check-in date are being confirmed without any cancellation fee and 100% of the amount paid by the Client is being refunded. In case of cancellations and changes made after this period, i.e. less than 1 day before check-in, or in case of “no-show”, the amount paid by the Client is non-refundable and 100% of it is being kept by CANAPE. In cases of earlier check-out, the amount for the unused part of a reservation is non-refundable, however an agreement can be reached between the two sides depending on the case and the reasons for the earlier check-out. Exceptions to the above mentioned terms and conditions apply for special price offers and if the tariff of a reservation is non-refundable by default.
Amounts on reservations with discounts for non-refundable rates are not applicable for a refund.
Cancellations and changes on reservations with 50% paid in advance and with special offer discounts applied can be made penalty-free up to 7 days prior to arrival. In case of cancellations after the above mentioned period or in case of “no-show” the amount paid in advance by the Client is 100% being kept by CANAPE.
If any force majeure circumstances imposing a cancellation or a change of a reservation occur, the client must provide any proof and documents in this regard. However, it is CANAPE’s decision whether to issue a refund or not.
Refunds on services negotiated and performed by CANAPE will be processed on the original payment method of the client (debit or credit card) within 30 days of the date of cancellation.
Both debit and credit cards are being accepted as electronic payment methods via Virtual POS Terminal.
CANAPE accepts Visa, Visa Electron, V Pay, MasterCard, MasterCard Electronic and Maestro.
When the Client chooses the electronic method of payment they personally create and control the reservation and the payment process through the reservation system on CANAPE’s website.
After creating and confirming the reservation, BORICA’s payment website appears on the screen (BORICA is a system servicing payments initiated by bank cards on the territory of Bulgaria, licensed by the Bulgarian National Bank). This payment screen is 3D Secure and ensures privacy and protection of cliients’ data as card type, card number, expiration date and CVV/CVC code. For cards requiring additional 3D Authentication - either Verified by Visa or MasterCard SecureCode, an authentication screen of the issuing bank is being displayed and card’s 3D Authentication Code is being required to be submitted by the Client.
IMPORTANT: CANAPE does not have any access to its clients’ card details before, during and after the payment process.
The amounts indicated during the reservation process will be automatically withdrawn from the Client’s card after finishing the payment steps.
Clients are strongly advised to keep transaction confirmations as a proof of successful payment.
After successfully paying the amount due on a reservation, the Client receives a confirmation, a reservation number and details about it.

All personal details are being protected by the laws of Republic of Bulgaria and will be used by the Reservation Department of CANAPE only.

Clients’ personal details can not and won’t be provided to third parties.
Clients must read and declare that they agree with the stated Terms and Conditions to be able to successfully make a reservation.
